This workshop is designed for anyone, ages 10 and up. Our goal is to introduce and show you how to apply simple yet highly effective techniques. We will demonstrate and have you participate escaping from multiple scenarios. Have you ever considered learning how to protect yourself or the ones you love? This can be the first step in learning how to potentially avoid trouble.
