CASA Training

Event Description Please contact us and sign up for our next classes. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Tehama County is starting our next training Tuesday February 27th, classes will be Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Class end date is Thursday March 15th. CASA Volunteers are appointed by judges to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children, to make sure they don't get lost in the overburdened legal and social service system or languish in inappropriate group or foster homes. Volunteers stay with each child until case is closed and child is placed in a safe, permanent home.
