Customer Service Excellence Awards and Workshop

Event Description In celebration of National Customer Service Week, the Job Training Center will present awards to local businesses and citizens for demonstrating outstanding customer service in Tehama County during the past year. Following the awards ceremony and continental breakfast, join two great companies for a morning of customer service sharing and insight. • Gain useful tips from local Starbucks managers on how to create a positive customer experience. • Learn how a major kindness campaign creates a positive work environment and more from Dignity Health.
