32nd Annual Tehama County Museum's Jubilee
“Branding Tehama ‘Country’…the old fashioned way” is the focus of the 32nd Annual Jubilee held in and around the Tehama County Museum’s largest artifact, an 1859 Masonic Lodge/Schoolhouse. In addition to celebrating western heritage with an exhibit on the history of cattle branding, the day includes: Rides in a 1926 “Tin Lizzy” Ford Model-T 4-door Touring car; an American Civil War Reenactors mini-camp; an exhibit of the whimsical art work of Jay Murphy; a vintage truck showing; fiber arts demos featuring carding, spinning, & weaving; antique appraisals; a homemade/handmade country store; live entertainment; raffle prize drawings & silent auctions; a crafter & artisan fair; a signing of the new book “ Black Pioneers in Tehama County History.”
